Apas Ventures LLC ("we", "us") runs apaslingo.com. This policy says what we collect, why, and what you can ask of us.

1. What we collect

• Your email address and name, when you create an account or ask to hear from us.
• Payment details, which Stripe handles; we never see or store your card number.
• The lessons you open and your answers, so that you can continue where you stopped.
• Messages you send us.
• Our web server's ordinary logs (address, browser, page, time), kept for security and to keep the site running.

2. Why

To run your account and lessons, to take payments, to answer you, to keep the site safe, and, if you agree, to tell you about new lessons and languages.

3. Who else sees it

We do not sell your information. Stripe processes payments (stripe.com/privacy); companies that host our servers and send our email process data for us under confidentiality; and we disclose information when the law requires it.

4. Cookies and storage

We use no advertising cookies. Your sign-in is kept in your browser's storage on this site. You can remove it by signing out or clearing the site's data.

5. How long

As long as your account is open or as needed to provide the service. Ask us to delete your data at any time at info@apasventures.co; we answer within 30 days.

6. Children

apaslingo is for people aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13; if you believe we have, write to us and we will delete it.

7. Security

HTTPS everywhere, passwords stored only as secure hashes, and limited access on our side. No system is perfectly secure.

8. Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete your information, to stop marketing email, and for a copy of your data. California residents have the rights of the CCPA; we do not sell personal information.

9. Changes

We will post any change here with a new effective date.
