buen

adjective masculine: el buen

1. good (before a masculine noun)

   • Es un buen sábado.
     It is a good Saturday.
   • Tuve un buen viaje.
     I had a good trip.

2. nice (weather) hace buen tiempo

   • Ya no llueve y hace buen tiempo.
     It is not raining any more, and the weather is nice.

Bueno becomes buen before a masculine singular noun.
